How Much Does EFT Cost ?

What exactly is EFT?

EFT is a gentle method that combines light tapping on acupuncture points with simple, steady phrases. It helps calm the body’s alarm system so you can think, breathe, and feel more clearly without forcing anything.

Will tapping genuinely make a difference?

Yes. Many people are surprised by how much lighter they feel, even in the first session. EFT works with the body rather than against it, helping the nervous system settle so the mind stops racing.

Will I have to relive painful memories?

No. We keep things steady and contained. You only share what feels manageable, and we work in a way that keeps your body grounded rather than overwhelmed.

How many sessions will I need?

This depends on what you’re hoping to ease. Some people feel a shift after one or two sessions; others prefer a series to build deeper, long-term change. We review things together as we go.

What if I get emotional?

That’s perfectly alright. Tears, relief, or a sense of quiet are all normal responses. You’re not expected to hold anything in or “be strong”. You’re simply welcome as you are.

Do you work online or in person?

 Yes I work on Zoom and in my  cosy period room in Thrapson

What happens in a session?

We sit together in my calm therapy room and go at your pace. I guide you through the tapping points while we gently name whatever feels most pressing. You don’t need to recount your whole life story unless you wish to.

Will I feel silly tapping on my face and body?

Not when you’re guided. Most people say they forget that worry within the first few minutes because the process feels surprisingly natural and calming. I'll be tapping along with you 

Can I use EFT on my own between sessions?

Absolutely. I’ll show you simple ways to continue tapping at home so you build confidence and steadiness day by day and you can use it to help calm and ground yourself anytime

I’ve had disappointing experiences with therapy before. Will this be different?

EFT is gentle, personal, and never rushed. There’s no pressure to perform or analyse. Instead, we create calm together so your body can finally ease out of protection mode.

What if I’m used to coping on my own?

Many of my clients are exactly the same — strong, capable women who’ve carried far too much for far too long. EFT gives you room to breathe without having to shoulder everything alone.

Do I have to ‘believe’ in it for it to work?

Not at all. EFT is practical and down-to-earth. You don’t need any particular spiritual view — just a willingness to notice what’s happening in your body as we work.

Is EFT safe if I’ve experienced trauma or long-term stress?

Yes, when it’s guided properly. I use a polyvagal-informed approach so your system stays within a comfortable window. EFT is often very reassuring for those who’ve carried tension for years.

Is my problem ‘big enough’ for EFT?

If it’s troubling you, then it matters. EFT can support anything from everyday tension to long-standing patterns of anxiety, people-pleasing, and emotional exhaustion.

Can EFT help with food craving ?
