From Panic to Solo Adventure

A few years ago, even the thought of going somewhere new would leave me feeling panicked and overwhelmed

There was a part of me that wanted freedom and adventure and another part that felt unsafe leaving the house

Discovering breathwork helped me start to feel calmer in my body and rebuild confidence again

Now I’m on the train heading to walk the Dales Way on my own across Yorkshire and the Lake District
